Furrix Empire operates furrixempire.com from Miami, Florida, United States.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example when a price is clearly wrong or stock ran out between the page being built and your click — and if we do, you are refunded in full.

Prices

Prices are in USD and can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout. Sales tax is calculated by Stripe from your delivery address.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe on their hosted checkout. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's own terms apply to that part of the transaction.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can and photograph what we ship. Colours vary between screens. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice — if your animal is unwell, see a vet.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We can update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one published when the order was placed.
