Where we ship

We ship within the United States. Prices are in USD.

Two dispatch routes

Miami stock — beds, safety gear and most accessories leave our own hub in Miami within 24 to 48 business hours. Typical delivery is 1 to 2 business days in Florida and 2 to 5 elsewhere in the continental US.

Global sourcing — smart tech ships directly from the manufacturer with door-to-door tracking. Typical delivery is 7 to 12 business days.

Every product page states which route applies before you buy.

Cost

Shipping is free on orders over $39.99. Below that, the exact cost is calculated at checkout by Stripe from your delivery address. We do not show an estimate in the cart because an estimate that turns out wrong is worse than no estimate.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather and customs holds happen. If your order passes its estimate by more than three business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier or replace the shipment.

Wrong address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it is wrong, tell us within two hours and we will usually catch it before dispatch. After dispatch we have to wait for the return.
