Beds and safety gear ship from our Miami hub and usually arrive in 1 to 2 business days. Smart tech is sourced globally and takes 7 to 12 days with door-to-door tracking. Every product page says which applies.

How much is shipping?
Free over $39.99. Below that, the exact cost is calculated by Stripe at checkout from your address — we do not estimate it in the cart because we would get it wrong.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days, for a full refund. It needs to be in resellable condition. Write to us first and we will send the return label.
Where is my order?
Use Track your order with the reference from your confirmation email. If it has shipped, the carrier link is there too.
How do I pay?
Card payment is handled by Stripe on their own hosted page. Card details never reach our servers.
Do I need an account?
No. An account only saves your orders, addresses and wishlist for next time.
