What we collect

• Order data: name, email, delivery address, what you bought.
• Account data, if you create one: name, email, saved addresses, wishlist.
• Support messages you send us.
• Basic technical data: IP address and browser, for security and fraud prevention.

What we do not collect

Card numbers. Payment happens on Stripe's hosted page — the data never reaches our servers.

Why we hold it

To fulfil your order, answer your questions, and meet accounting obligations. Marketing email only goes out if you opted in, and one click stops it.

Who else sees it

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Carriers — the address needed to deliver.
• Suppliers — for globally sourced items, the shipping address only.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Your cart

Your cart lives in your own browser, not on our servers, until you check out. Clearing browser storage clears the cart.

How long we keep it

Order records for seven years, as required for tax. Account data until you ask us to delete it. Support messages for two years.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion — write to support@furrixempire.com and we respond within 30 days.
